AB 1826 ORGANICS RECYCLING LAW

Assembly Bill 1826 (AB1826), also known as the Mandatory Organics Recycling (MORE) law, became effective April 1, 2016. AB1826 currently requires businesses and multi-family units such as apartments who generate four (4) cubic yards or more of solid waste per week to have an organics recycling program in place. AB 341 MANDATORY COMMERCIAL RECYCLING
